What to do when... | If you can’t find a dealer near you
If there isn't a dealer nearby and you're considering buying iruka, here are two options for you:
1. Order online
You can purchase all our products directly through this website.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal for secure payment. Powered by Shopify, the world’s leading e-commerce platform, your payment details are fully protected.
Once your order is placed, our certified dealer will carefully set up, pack, and ship your iruka using reliable couriers such as EMS and UPS. For orders in Japan and Taiwan, you can choose the dealer responsible for setup and shipping. The dealer will also assist with after-sales support, such as repairs and customization.
2. Order through your nearby familiar bike shop
Prefer to purchase your iruka through a bike shop you already know well in your neighborhood? We can make that happen. You can either:
- Ask the shop to contact us at info@iruka.tokyo, or
- Share their contact information with us through the contact form, and we will reach out to them directly.
Of course, we will pay an appropriate commission to the shop.
